MCL actually can be divided into two kinds of disease entities: classic MCL and SMCL. SMCL includes the following hypothetical models: MBL with t (11; 14), non-nodal leukemic MCL and in situ MCL, especially GI in situ MCL. SMCL, smoldering mantle cell lymphoma; MBL, monoclonal B lymphocytosis; GI, gastrointestinal
