STIP1 promoted cells migration and invasion. a SGC7901 and AGS cells were treated with STIP1 or not for 48 h, and the mesenchymal morphological alterations were observed in both cells with overexpression of STIP1. b After transfected with siRNA targeted STIP1 (siSTIP1#1, siSTIP1#2), the distance was longer than that in control cells (siCtrl).
