The effects of AKT knockdown were confirmed by Western Blotting. b-c) Knockdown of PKA and PKC had no effect on p-GSK3β (S9) expression. d AGS cells in which CDK5RAP3 was stably overexpressed or knocked down were generated. CDK5RAP3 expression changes were confirmed by Western Blotting. Knockdown of CDK5RAP3 increased the protein levels of p-AKT (S473) and p-GSK3β (S9) in HGC-27 cells. Overexpression of CDK5RAP3 resulted in the opposite effects
