The knockdown of Snail with small interfering RNA reversed the CXCL5/CXCR2 axis-triggered EMT phenotype in the NPC cells as revealed by a western blot analysis and (b) cellular morphology. c The knockdown of Snail abolished the invasive ability of the NPC cells that was induced by the CXCL5/CXCR2 axis.
