CX-5461 altered hTERT alternative splicing in GBM cells. a The expression of hTERT transcripts were investigated by RT-PCR analysis. CX-5461 (1 μM, 48 h) markedly altered its splicing patterns, leading to a sharp decrease of hTERT+β transcript in T98G and U251 cells.
