CLDN11 reduces migration and invasion abilities of NPC cells. a Cell number (proliferation) was monitored in TW02 and HK1 cells expressing CLDN11 (C) or vector control (V) for 5 days. b Transwell cell migration and invasion were assayed in TW02 and HK1 cells expressing CLDN11 (C) or vector control (V). Migrated or invaded cells were counted in 10 microscopic fields. The data are presented as percentage of cell migration or invasion relative to control. The expression of FLAG-tagged CLDN11 and actin (internal control) was detected by using specific antibodies (anti-Flag and anti-actin)
