TGFBR2 expression was decreased under hypoxia. a. Prostate cancer cell lines (PC3, DU145, and LnCap) showed decreased levels of TGFBR2 protein in hypoxic condition, as measured by western blot. HIF-1α and HIF-2α expressions were elevated under hypoxia, while GAPDH was used as internal control. b. RT-PCR results also demonstrated that hypoxia treatment decreased the mRNA levels of TGFBR2 in PCa cell lines. **, P < 0.01
