H89/tetrandrine induced cell death is associated with ROS generation. a The intracellular ROS were detected by flow cytometry after the cells had been treated with 6 μM H89 and 4 μM tetrandrine alone or in combination for 24 h. b The cells were pretreated with 15 mM NAC for 1 h, followed by treatment with DMSO or H89/tetrandrine.
