STK25 suppresses CRC cell proliferation. a Expression of STK25 mRNA in 4 CRC cell lines (SW480, RKO, LoVo, HCT116) was measured by qRT-PCR. b Expression of STK25 at the protein level in CRC cells was examined by western blot.
