Restoration of miR-324-5p expression reversed the effects of TPT1-AS1 on CC cells. a TPT1-AS1-overexpressing C33A cells that were transfected with empty vector (miR-control) or miR-324-5p overexpression vector were subjected to qRT-PCR for miR-324-5p.
