FL118 downregulates the expression of multiple antiapoptotic proteins and upregulates certain proapoptotic proteins in pancreatic cancer cells: Subconfluent pancreatic cancer cells were treated with FL118 as shown, and the expression of antiapoptotic proteins survivin, Mcl-1, XIAP, and cIAP2 as well as proapoptotic proteins Bad, Bim and Bax was detected by western blots using corresponding antibodies for each protein.
