ISL inhibits lung cancer cell migration. a Cells were treated with vehicle, 3 or 10 μM ISL for 24 h followed by the analysis of cell migration using Transwells. Data are means ± SD. n = 4. *, p < 0.01. b Cells were grown to confluent followed by treatment of vehicle, 3 or 10 μM ISL for 24 h.
