Overview of pathways for TMZ-POH impaired mitophagic flux. Although TMZ-POH induced mitochondrial fission and autophagosome accumulation which colocalized with mitochondria in the cells significantly, it inclined to block mitophagy flux via inducing lysosomal dysfunction and hampered autophagosome-lysosome fusion due to its downregulation on the small GTPase RAB7A via mevalonate pathway
