The effect of DANCR on migration, invasion and EMT of bladder cancer cells. a and b: The migratory abilities of bladder cancer cells were determined using wound healing assay. Inhibited cell migration by silencing DANCR was observed in T24 and UM-UC-3. c and d: The invasive abilities of bladder cancer cells were determined using transwell assay. Inhibited cell invasion by silencing DANCR was observed in T24 and UM-UC-3. e-g: The expression of EMT markers were determined using qRT-PCR, western blotting and immunofluorescence. Knockdown of DANCR increased the expression of E-cadherin and decreased the expression of N-cadherin and vimentin in bladder cancer cells. Data are shown as mean ± SD. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01
