The whole images of tumor tissue cross-sections show reduced tumor vascular function after LNT treatments in LAP0297 lung cancer. LAP0297 tumor bearing mice received saline or LNT treatments (1.0 mg/kg) for 10 days as described in Fig. 1. Tumor tissues were sectioned and stained with an anti-CD31 antibody. The proportions of endothelial cell area (CD31, Red) and Hoechst 33342 (Blue) stained area over total tumor tissue area were quantified. CD31 is an endothelial cell marker. The intensity of Hoechst 33342 perfusion reflects the function of tumor vessels. *** p < 0.001
