Anti-IFN-γ antibody treatments reverse the effects of LNT treatments on tumor vessels in LAP0297 lung cancer. LAP0297 tumor bearing mice were prepared as described in Fig. 1. When tumors reached 4 × 4 mm in diameter, mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and received i.p. injection of HRPN, LNT (1.0 mg/kg), anti-IFN-γ antibody (250 μg/mouse) or LNT plus anti-IFN-γ antibody for 10 days.
