Anti-proliferation activity induced by RBMS2 overexpression was rescued by small interfering P21. RBMS2-overexpressing and control MCF-7 (a) and SUM-1315 (b) cell lines were transfected with small interfering P21. Western blot and RT-PCR were used to confirm the efficiency.
