BIRC3 expression is upregulated by Fn infection in CRC cell lines. a Hierarchical clustering of the differentially expressed gene heatmap between HCT116 cells and Fn-infected HCT116 cells using Microarray analysis. These genes were affected by changes > 2-fold with p values below 0.05. BIRC3 was the gene with the highest expression (12-fold increase) induced by Fn infection (n = 3). b The relative mRNA expression of the BIRC3 gene determined by qPCR in CRC cell lines infected with or without Fn for 24 h and 48 h respectively.
