Glutamine metabolism reveals the specific downstream mechanism of miR-133a-3p mediated autophagy. (a). KEGG analysis on the downstream biological pathway of miR-133a-3p. (b). We utilized the common candidate genes of miR-133a-3p within the aforementioned databases to perform the Gene Ontology (GO) analysis to discover the most potential biological function of miR-133a-3p. (c). Transfection efficiency of LV-miR-NC,LV-miR-133a-3p,LV-miR-133a-3p-IN,miR-133a-3p mimics,miR-133a-3p-IN in MKN-45 and BGC-823 cells. (d). LC-MS was chosen to analyze glutaminolysis metabolites and the results showed that using HCQ equaled the effect using GLS siRNA or BPTES in the aspect of glutamine metabolism inhibition.
