Effects of depletion or addition of IL-8 combined with GEN on stemness of SKOV3 cells induced by Co-CM. SKOV3 cells were treated with conditioned medium from THP-1 macrophages and were treated with depletion or addition of IL-8 Co-CM in the presence or absence of GEN.
