Levels of miR-135b-5p negatively correlated with levels of AGR2 in clinical breast cancer tissues. Twenty-eight breast cancer tissue samples were collected from patients. Total RNA and protein were extracted from tissues. a AGR2-expression was detected using western blot. Intensities of AGR2-bands were analyzed with ImageJ software, and were normalized to GAPDH. b qPCR was applied to measure levels of miR-135b-5p with U6 as a normalization gene. Expression levels of RNA represent fold changes.
