TAMs derived exosomes confer drug resistance of recipient EOC cells. SKOV3 cells were treated with PBS, exosomes derived from normoxic (N-Mcr-exo) or hypoxic (H-Mcr-exo) TAMs for 24 h, cell apoptosis and related quantitative analysis of apoptosis (a), the number of cell colonies (b), cell viability (c), IC50 for cDDP (d) was analyzed in SKOV3 cells respectively.
