The indicated tumor cell lines were plated in 96-well culture plates for 24 h, treated for 72 h with DMSO or various concentrations (0.05 to 50 μM) of Indo 5. The experiment was repeated 3 times with 5 duplicates per group. Cell growth was measured by MTS assays. Dose response curves were generated for determination of IC ₅₀ for each cell line
