The washout period of icotinib was measured by flow cytometry. PC-9 cells were treated with double IC50 doses with sterile PBS and then red with fresh medium free of icotinib. Cell cycle were exam of icotinib. About 48 h later, medium with icotinib was removed and cells were washed three timeined at 0 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h after icotinib was removed.
