Long non-coding RNA TPTEP1 sensitizes cisplatinum-induced apoptosis in HCC cells. a The heatmap was drawn to show the differentially expressed LncRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma QGY-7703 cells-treated with cisplatinum (30μg/ml) for the indicated time points by RNA sequencing. b Relative expression levels of the ten indicated LncRNAs in cisplatinum-treated QGY-7703 cells were analyzed by qRT-PCR. c QGY-7703 cells were transfected with the indicated siRNAs for 24 h and then treated with cisplatinum (30μg/ml) for 24 h.
