ASC-J9® sensitizes bladder cancer cells to Cisplatin, Doxorubicin or Mitomycin C anti-growth activity. a-b BCa cells were plated in 96-well plates to adhere overnight. The following day, the plates were rinsed and 10% serum containing media with designated doses of ASC-J9® (ASC), Cisplatin (Cis), Doxorubicin (Dox), or Mitomycin C (Mito) were added. After 48 h, relative viable cell numbers of J82 (a) and TCC-SUP (b) cells after treating were determined using a XTT assay.
