FAM83H is involved in the growth of KHOS/NP osteosarcoma cells in mice. a The KHOS/NP cells were transfected with control vectors, shRNA #2 for FAM83H (shFAM83H #2), or plasmid for wild-type FAM83H (FAM83H-OE) and 2 × 106 KHOS/NP osteosarcoma cells were injected into the proximal tibia.
