Effects of NKAP on the migration, invasion and EMT of glioma cells. a, Cell migration and invasion were determined by a transwell assay. Quantitative analysis showed that NKAP knockdown reduced glioma cell migration and invasion in different cell lines. ***P < 0.005 vs. Con.
