Effect of sorafenib and HGFK1 on cell cycle arrest of RCC. Ketr-3 (a) and ACHN (c) cells were treated with sorafenib and/or rHGFK1 for 48 h and stained with PI, and then analyzed with a flow cytometer. Quantification of cell cycle arrest is shown for Ketr-3 (b) and ACHN (d) induced by sorafenib and/or rHGFK1. All data shown represent the mean ± SD from at least three independent experiments.
