Restoration of 15-LOX1 and 15-LOX2 activities inhibited the effects of PM2.5 and NNK. a Restoration of 15-LOX1 and 15-LOX2 activities inhibited the effects of PM2.5 or NNK on vimentin expression. After Bet1A cells were treated with PM2.5 or NNK for 28 days, the cells were transfected with 15-LOX1, 15- LOX2 or vector plasmid DNA respectively for 24 h. 15-LOX1, 15-LOX2 and vimentin were determined. The quantification of protein was carried out by densitometry analysis and expressed as mean ± SE.
