Arf6-KD accumulated CD147 in the endomembrane compartments. Arf6-perturbed liver cancer cells were incubated with the H18Ab-AF488 complex at 37 °C for 15 min uptake, then quickly rinsed with PBS/1 M NaCl, fixed, permeabilized, stained by anti-HA Ab, and visualized under a confocal microscope. a Representative observations are shown.
