CPP increased the sensitivity of ESCC cells to TRAIL in vivo. KYSE-150 cells (5 × 106 cells per mouse) were subcutaneously injected into 4–6 weeks BALB/c nude mice. After tumors had grown to approximately 100 mm3, all mice were randomly divided into six groups for drug treatment. After 14 days of treatment, the mice were sacrificed.
