A2aR knockdown outperforms an A2aR antagonist (SCH58261) on MSLN-CAR T cell functions in the presence of an A2aR agonist. Functional analysis of MSLN-CAR T cell including a proliferation, b cytokine production (IL-2, IFN-γ and TNF-α), and c cytotoxicity were performed in the presence of 1 μM A2aR antagonist (SCH58261) and 1 μM NECA.
