LINC00520 promotes the growth and metastasis of melanoma cell through miR-125b-5p/EIF5A2 axis. a Western blots identified EIF5A2, N-cadherin, E-cadherin and Vimentin protein expression changes in NC, miR-125b-5p mimic, miR-125b-5p mimic plus EIF5A2, si-LINC00520 or si-LINC00520 plus miR-125b-5p inhibitor transfected melanoma cells, GAPDH was used as a control. b Effect of miR-125b-5p mimic and si-LINC00520 on the proliferative ability of melanoma cells was determined by CCK8 assay.
