CircNTRK2 validation and expression in ESCC tissues and cells. (a) Heat map derived from GEO database (GSE131969) showed the top 20 differentially expressed circRNAs between ESCC samples and normal subjects. (b) Schematic diagram displayed that circNTRK2 was formed by the circularization of NTRK2 exon 12–14, and the “head-to-tail” splicing sites (Red arrow) of circNTRK2 was confirmed by RT-PCR and Sanger sequencing.
