Circ-CPA4/let-7 miRNA/PD-L1 axis regulated NSCLC cell invasion, migration and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in vitro. a, b Knock-down of circ-CPA4 inhibited NSCLC cell invasion by targeting let-7 miRNA and PD-L1. c-f Circ-CPA4 silencing inhibited the expression levels of EMT associated proteins (N-cadherin and Vimentin), which were abrogated by downregulating let-7 miRNA and upregulating PD-L1. The protein levels were determined by using Western Blot analysis. Each experiment repeated at least 3 times. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, NS means no statistical significance
