Aberrantly expression of MUC1 actived the downstream FAK, PI3K/AKT, NF/κB pathways, and MUC1 also implicated in angiogenesis via regulation VEGF expression. Meanwhile, MUC1 participated in the regulation of tumor microenvironment through regulating CD274/PD-L1 expression. Several transcription factors, such as HIF-1α, SP1 and non-coding RNA were invloved in regulating MUC1 expression
