miR-141 is packaged into exosomes and delivered from SCLC cells to HUVECs. A. miR-141 levels in HUVECs increased after incubation with miR-141-EXO derived from H1048 cells, the increase in miR-141 was abrogated by Annexin V pretreatment, and pretreatment of HUVECs with DRB could not reverse the upregulation of miR-141 in HUVECs. B. miR-141 levels in HUVECs increased after incubation with miR-141-EXO derived from H446 cells, the increase in miR-141 was abrogated by Annexin V pretreatment, and pretreatment of HUVECs with DRB could not reverse the upregulation of miR-141 in HUVECs.
