In CCSCs, NF-κB promotes the expression of MCM2 by negatively regulating the expression of miR-497-5p and miR-195-5p, resulting in increased cell viability and decreased cell apoptosis of CCSCs, thus eventually enhancing the stem-like properties of CCSCs
