The data were measurement data and described as mean ± standard deviation. Paired t-test was used for data comparison between RCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Unpaired t-test was used for analysis of data between the other two groups. Data among groups were compared with one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s post hoc test. The data at different time points among different groups were analyzed by the repeated-measures ANOVA and Bonferroni’s post hoc test.
