Depletion of VANGL1 suppressed the growth of LUAD tumor to irradiation. A549 cells (1 × 106) with or without VANGL1 knockdown were injected into the left side on the back of each mouse. When the average tumor size reached about 50 mm3, the tumor-bearing nude mice were exposed to X-ray of 2.0 Gy alone for each time.
