MiR-375 is excreted by glioma exosomes, which reduces the content of miR-375 in glioma cells. As a result, the inhibitory effect of miR-375 on CTGF is weakened. Therefore, glioma cells produce large amounts of CTGF. CTGF activates the CTGF-EGFR pathway of glioma cells through autocrine and paracrine methods. As a result, the proliferation, migration, and invasion of glioma cells are enhanced
