From: ESCO2 promotes lung adenocarcinoma progression by regulating hnRNPA1 acetylation
ESCO2 acetylates hnRNPA1 at K277, promoting the malignant phenotype of LUAD cells. After 36-h transfection of hnRNPA1 siRNAs into LUAD cells, the cells were transfected with WT hnRNPA1 and its mutant K277R and K277Q plasmids, together with ESCO2 plasmids.
