In vivo response of p53-deficient AML to E177R activation. a Mice transplanted with LSL AML cells were sacrificed before and day 1, 3, 7 and 11 after start of 1 week of daily treatment with Tam or corn oil (mock). Samples were analyzed by immunohistochemistry for p53E177R, GFP (as a marker of AML cells), BrdU (proliferation), senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA β-gal), apoptosis (TUNEL) and CD3 as a marker of immune infiltration.
