TBK1 protein structure and interaction partners. TBK1 has four archetypical domains: an N-terminal kinase domain (KD), an ubiquitin-like domain (ULD), and two coiled-coil domains (CCD1 and CCD2). The CCD1 domain is also referred to as a scaffold dimerization domain (SDD), which harbors a leucine zipper (LZ) and a helix-loop-helix domain (HLH, aa591-632).
