Effects of novel tribodies or the combinations of Tb535H with the parental mAbs on the secretion of IFNγ by co-cultures of MDA-MB-231 with hPBMCs. The secretion of IFNγ was measured by ELISA on supernatants of MDA-MB-231 cells co-cultured with hPBMCs and treated for 48 h with (A) 53L1 and 53L10 (striped bars), (B) 53D (striped bars), (C) 53G (striped bars).
