Advancement in TCR repertoire profiling and clinical applications. T cells from different body compartments, including blood or tissues can be subjected to accurate TCR profiling. High-throughput sc-TCR sequencing combined with spatial and transcriptomic information can offer a plethora of key insights to decipher the complex nature of antitumor immune responses and track T cell dynamics over time and space. TCR repertoire meters, including diversity and clonality can be derived and used as biomarkers of prognosis and response to immunotherapy. Created with BioRender.com
