Efficient inhibition of MMP-9 in CML MSC using RNAi. (A) The cDNAs from snc-RNA (20 nM) and ds-RNA (1-20 nM) cells cultured for up 3 days were used as templates for PCR reactions using specific primers for MMP-9 and ICAM-1. (B) The cDNAs from snc-RNA (20 nM) and ds-RNA (20 nM) cells cultured for up 4 days were used as templates for PCR reactions using specific primers for MMP-9 or 18 S ribosomal RNA.
