(A) Cells were transfected with miR-106b and then treated with serum starvation and cell proliferation was performed by cell cycle analysis. (B) Cells were transfected with pcDNA-RB (without the 3'UTR) and miR-106b, RB protein level was detected by Western blot assay. β-actin protein was regarded as endogenous normalizer.
