Mechanism of molecular targeted therapy in gastric cancer. Molecular targeted therapy acts on various mechanisms of gastric cancer, such as EGFR, angiogenesis, PDGF, IGF-1R, key enzymes or c-Met, and thus activates related signaling pathways to promote cell proliferation, differentiation, invasion and suppress apoptosis.
